Chocolate Chip Biscuits

9 oz (250g) Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Egg
3 cups Plain Flour
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
METHOD
Cream Butter, Sugar and Vanilla Essence until lightly fluffy. Add a well beaten Egg. Mix in Chocolate Chips to the creamed mixture. Sift Flour into creamed mixture. Turn out onto a lightly floured board. Take 1 1/2 cups of the mixture and fill each side, then follow the Sushezi operating instructions.
Cut into 1/2in (10mm) slices using a hot knife, and then place on a greased oven tray. Bake at 373F (190°C) for 12-15minutes or until pale brown.
